Processors and international transfers
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Enquiry submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to the ComplyArc business mailbox. Where a processor handles information outside your country, we rely on the safeguards described by that processor and review the arrangement before enabling the service.
Retention
Contact form submissions are deleted after 12 months unless needed for a contract, legal obligation or dispute.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Cookies and analytics
The launch site uses no non-essential cookies and does not load a third-party booking or video embed. Any future non-essential analytics or embedded service will be added only with an appropriate consent mechanism and an updated notice.
